Shiny Flower Power Garland

I was thinking about Claire’s, limited too, and smackers, all the things I grew up with in the 90s and wanted to make something that I would want hanging in my room at that time. 
 
Each garland is 12 feet featuring a mix of flowers, sizes ranging from 1" to 3.5". Each is made up of metallic/holographic paper decorated in contrasting paper details.
 
Because each star and garland is made by hand, slight variations in placement, shape, and finish are to be expected. Small imperfections are part of the process and make every garland uniquely its own, a reminder that it was crafted by human hands, not mass-produced by a machine.
